DIDCOT'S favourite art space is closing its doors for two weeks ahead of launching its brand new cafe.

Nourish cafe at the Cornerstone will open to the public on Tuesday, September 6, serving a mouth-watering variety of snacks and refreshments.

To prepare for the cafe's opening, the centre will be closed to the public until Monday, August 29.

Lance Jordan, café bar manager, said: "Our objective for Nourish is to serve wholesome, fresh, delicious and homemade food which we are sourcing from local companies.

"I recommend you try our range of cheese toasties served on sour dough bread – I am confident that these will be the best grilled sandwiches in town.

"Taking over the Café has been a really exciting project- especially tasting all of the scrumptious local produce.

"I can’t wait for the launch, I really feel this is the coffee shop Didcot has been missing."

Once open, the opening hours of the café will be 9am to 9pm Tuesday to Saturday and 11am to 4pm on Sundays.
