A soil box made by a school in Didcot will be used at a cemetery in the town.
The box, made by a technician at St Birinus School will be put to use at Kynaston Road Cemetery, in Didcot.
The Mayor of Didcot, councillor Pam Siggers, collected the wooden soil box from the school on Thursday, January 19.

A spokesperson for Didcot Town Council said: “This box was gifted to us for use by families during services in the Kynaston Road Cemetery.
“The town council would like to thank St Birinus School and the staff for this wonderful box, which will be used by many families for years to come.”
St Birinus School was previously known as Didcot Boy’s County Modern and Didcot Senior Boys.
