ATHLETICS: Record-breaking Adam Ede storms home at county championships

The under 15 athlete stormed home 12 seconds clear in the 1,500m and set a club record with his time of 4mins 34.58secs.

Radley’s Alexander Miell-Ingram won the under 17 800m and 1,500m, while clubmate Jordan Dorrian took the under 20 200m.

Abingdon’s Steve Pomeroy clinched the seniors’ shot, discus and hammer titles.

Radley’s Holly Griffiths-Brown won the under 15 200m, 300m, 75m hurdles, long jump, and shot, while clubmate Petrina Chantler-Edmond clinched the under 17 triple jump, shot and 300m hurdles.
